Ribbon – ⅜ inch (lace or velvet)
Lobster Clasps
Clasps
Chain
Jewelry Pliers
Scissors
Steps for DIY Choker Necklace
Measure the size of your neck using a tape measure or ribbon. Cut ribbon to the size of your neck.
Attach lobster clasp to both ends of ribbon
Add chain and clasp to close
